We use Hong Kong Post E-Express to ship our orders. Standard delivery times are between 7 and 14 days. Tracking number will be provided upon order confirmation.

Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers and offer a 30 day unconditional satisfaction guarantee for our products (this assumes that you have used the product for 30 days and are not satisfied with its results). If you would like to call on this guarantee, please get in touch with us, because we want to learn more about your experience.

We cannot, however, due to the nature of our products, accept returns for any other reason and all sales are considered final.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us a clear picture of the damaged package within 7 days of receiving it to:

Upon verification, we will promptly send you a new one at no additional cost.
