Being an athlete I constantly gets muscle cramps and I experienced a downfall in my performance due to that pain. And I was looking for some natural resources for my recovery process and finally I got this amazing Rakaposhi shilajit and my recovery was so quick just after 20 days of consumption , i have taken the shilajit exactly how it is recommended. I am on day 25 and i do have alot more energy, i feel great, my skin is clearing up (age spots, wrinkles) are diminishing. All this gives me incentive to work out more.
Just heads up, research the shilajit you purchase, there are many people out to make a quik buck. I purchased this one, it does state all the necessary requirements..

It has the earthy flavor and rich texture of Shilajit resin. It is high quality and easy to use, they give you a little measuring spoon so you get the right dose. Very powerful 💪
