This is my fave of several other shilajit brands I have tried, and believe me i have tried a few!! Taste and texture very natural . The energy and health benefits I get from it is like no other supplement. I also take B12, vit c and collagen daily, can't be sure but this shilajit seems to boost absorption of my other supplements.
