Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, cancellations are no longer possible.

No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. All sales are considered final.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us clear photos of the damaged package and product within 7 days of receiving it to rakaposhiorganics@outlook.com or via WhatsApp at +852 9019 4941.

Upon verification and approval, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. We reserve the right to review all damage claims and determine eligibility for replacement on a case-by-case basis.

SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT METHOD REQUIREMENTS

The subscription discount (30%) requires a valid payment method that remains active for the full commitment period. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions immediately if the payment method expires, is declined, or becomes invalid before the end of the term. Temporary, virtual, or short-expiry payment cards are not eligible for subscription discounts. Subscriptions canceled due to invalid payment methods will not qualify for discounted pricing on future purchases.
