I'm struggling with sluggishness and low energy in the morning and usually need several cups of coffee to get going. I've been taking shilajit for 2 weeks now - first thing in the morning on empty stomach, BEFORE my coffee. And this boosts my mood and my energy levels way more than coffee - and it's much longer lasting. I will definitely keep taking it.

At first, I wasn't sure about the smell or the taste as it was a bit pungent however after using it, I actually began to enjoy the smell and taste; then one week later I began to so look forward to my cup in the morning. I was interested in shilajit because there has been some research to confirm that real shilajit can increase testosterone for men.

I was skeptical of the cheap shilajit because real shilajit is actually very difficult to cultivate (in the high altitude of Himalayas) so I tried Rakaposhi Organics who claim they source it directly from there.

I also did bloodwork before and after taking their shilajit while keeping my routine exercise, diet and sleep fairly the same for a month to not skew the results.

The results were an increase of 43.2% (from 9.79nmol/L to 14.02nmol/L) in testosterone which I am very pleased.

Ordered my 2nd one and will conduct a 3rd test after as well.

I am impressed with the potency of Rakaposhi Organics Shilajit, especially for someone who has autoimmune syndrome, in attenuating the chronic fatigue I suffer often. I aim to continue on this product with my daily routines towards personal wellness.

Being an athlete I constantly gets muscle cramps and I experienced a downfall in my performance due to that pain. And I was looking for some natural resources for my recovery process and finally I got this amazing Rakaposhi Organics shilajit and my recovery was so quick just after 20 days of consumption , i have taken the shilajit exactly how it is recommended. I am on day 25 and i do have alot more energy, i feel great, my skin is clearing up (age spots, wrinkles) are diminishing. All this gives me incentive to work out more.
Just heads up, research the shilajit you purchase, there are many people out to make a quik buck. I purchased this one, it does state all the necessary requirements..

It has the earthy flavor and rich texture of Shilajit resin. It is high quality and easy to use, they give you a little measuring spoon so you get the right dose. Very powerful 💪

I am a golfer and I take two supplements: (i) whey protein especially after a work out and (ii) a multi-vitamin. And now, I can add a third, Rakaposhi Organics Shilajit. I got this product as a sample and let me tell you, I was a bit skeptical at its purported effects. So many supplements claim to do a lot, but at the same time end up under-delivering. Not Rakaposhi Shilajit. This product is legit. I have been taking this for the past three months and I have noticed some great changes. The first is that this can be used as an energy supplement. A small dose in the AM means that you have energy throughout the day provided that you maintain some active lifestyle. For example, take a walk every couple hours for fifteen minutes. Where this product really thrives is for folks who are on the go and you will still have energy at the end of the day. The second use is to flush out the toxins. Taking constant dosage of shilajit really helps you clean out your inner system and just gives you a more 'healthy feeling'. The one thing to remember when using this product is to drink a lot of water. Almost 1.5x your current level in order get the full effects. Otherwise, you feel very dehydrated and it mitigates the positive effects of this supplement. The metallic after-taste is admittedly an acquired taste, but continuous use means that you can get used it to pretty quickly. Bottom line: fantastic product to take along with your existing supplements.

Shilajit gives me a much needed energy boost so I can go about my day of momming, jobbing and working out! Tastes great in my coffee. Highly recommend!!

This is my fave of several other shilajit brands I have tried, and believe me i have tried a few!! Taste and texture very natural . The energy and health benefits I get from it is like no other supplement. I also take B12, vit c and collagen daily, can't be sure but this shilajit seems to boost absorption of my other supplements. See it in on my complexion. Recommended to other busy moms now they are hooked. :)

Rakaposhi Organics shilajit is excellent, in a class of its own. Having taken it daily over the course of several months, I have experienced significant improvement in energy, stamina, focus and recovery. I feel alive ready to conquer mountains. This product landed in my hands accidentally through my brother! I actually heard about it online and was trying to purchase it locally in Hong-Kong shops but it was all chimicaly produced.
