Refund Policy

At Rakaposhi Organics we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy in place.

For customers in the European Union: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. However, this right does not apply to goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. As Rakaposhi Organics Shilajit is a consumable product, returns cannot be accepted once the seal has been broken. To initiate a return of an unopened product, contact us at within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original, sealed condition.

Opened Products

Please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges on containers that have been opened. This is to ensure the integrity and quality of our products for all customers.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us a clear picture of the damaged package within 7 days of receiving it to:

Upon verification, we will promptly send you a new one at no additional cost.
