I've been using Rakaposhi's Shilajit for over a year. Prior to that, I've tried other Shilajit brands. Being an athlete I constantly gets muscle cramps and I experienced a downfall in my performance due to that pain. And I was looking for some natural resources for my recovery process and finally I got this amazing Rakaposhi Organics shilajit and my recovery was so quick just after 20 days of consumption , i have taken the shilajit exactly how it is recommended. I am on day 25 and i do have alot more energy, i feel great, my skin is clearing up (age spots, wrinkles) are diminishing. All this gives me incentive to work out more.
Just heads up, research the shilajit you purchase, there are many people out to make a quik buck. I purchased this one, it does state all the necessary requirements..

It has the earthy flavor and rich texture of Shilajit resin. It is high quality and easy to use, they give you a little measuring spoon so you get the right dose. Very powerful 💪

I am a golfer and I take two supplements: (i) whey protein especially after a work out and (ii) a multi-vitamin. And now, I can add a third, Rakaposhi Organics Shilajit. I got this product as a sample and let me tell you, I was a bit skeptical at its purported effects. So many supplements claim to do a lot, but at the same time end up under-delivering. Not Rakaposhi Shilajit. This product is legit. I have been taking this for the past three months and I have noticed some great changes. The first is that this can be used as an energy supplement. A small dose in the AM means that you have energy throughout the day provided that you maintain some active lifestyle. For example, take a walk every couple hours for fifteen minutes. Where this product really thrives is for folks who are on the go and you will still have energy at the end of the day. The second use is to flush out the toxins. Taking constant dosage of shilajit really helps you clean out your inner system and just gives you a more 'healthy feeling'. The one thing to remember when using this product is to drink a lot of water. Almost 1.5x your current level in order get the full effects. Otherwise, you feel very dehydrated and it mitigates the positive effects of this supplement. The metallic after-taste is admittedly an acquired taste, but continuous use means that you can get used it to pretty quickly. Bottom line: fantastic product to take along with your existing supplements.
